S/S 1996 Thierry Mugler Sculptural Runway Museum Skirt Suit Ensemble

Own a piece of fashion history with this extraordinary documented Thierry Mugler Spring Summer 1996 skirt suit. Black and white jacket with a large folding collar and a large white statement button on the collar. Classic Mugler form with dramatic flared hips and slim waist. White trim at the hips and cuffs. Snap button closure. Comes with the matching black skirt. An identical suit is on display at the Thierry Mugler Couturissime exhibition, and one is also in the Chicago History Museums collection.
